James has over 30 years’ experience in the London insurance market. He moved into accident and health broking after starting his career as an aviation reinsurance technician. After completing an MBA at Henley Business School in 2003, James held senior executive roles in broking firms and has run two MGAs. Away from the office he is an ardent fan of Nottingham Forest Football Club and with a keen interest in cricket is a member of the Marylebone Cricket Club.

With over 30 years insurance broking experience, Andrew initially started in the retail insurance sector before dedicating the last 25 years to international wholesale MGA/Lloyd’s coverholder business. His focus has been on helping new entrants break into the market and assisting existing clients with growth strategies for both current and new binders. Outside of his professional life, Andrew enjoys culinary adventures and is an avid fan of winter skiing holidays.

Mike commenced his career in corporate banking but for the past 30 years has held a number of board level positions within Lloyd’s and Company market carriers, either as Chief Underwriting Officer or CEO.

He specialises in building insurance platforms (including establishing a syndicate and managing agency for a leading US carrier) as well as transforming underperforming businesses. Having now stood back from executive roles and spending more time travelling, Mike enjoys scuba diving, cycling and most recently padel.
